Why does the cup display "00" and flash?
"00" flashing means dry-heat protection (no liquid inside). Hold the power button for 1s to turn off, add liquid, then restart.
Why does the cup display "°F" and flash?
"°F" flashing indicates a high-temp warning (liquid >199°F). Turn off, cool for 3~5 min, then restart and set the desired temperature.
What should I do if the mug is not charging?
Please check:
1.Place it on the base and see if the charging icon lights up.
2.Ensure the base and contacts are clean and dry (water or coffee may trigger protection).
3.Check charging pins for residue, clean, dry, and retry.
Why does heating slow down after 145°F?
Check if the lid is on. Without the lid, heating efficiency drops. To improve heating, use the mug with the lid on.
