Since I got it, I’ve stopped using the hairdryer to warm up my towel after a shower. It’s super convenient and really does a good job heating. The design is simple but nice, and I really like the fake flame effect, it gives off a relaxing, spa-like vibe. That said, a few things could be improved: there’s no way to adjust the temperature, and the timer starts at 30 minutes minimum, which feels a bit long if you just want a quick warm-up. Also, the control dial feels kind of cheap, like flimsy plastic. Still, I’m happy with it overall, it does exactly what I need.

I was a little sceptical of the fireplace looking image on the front, but I have to say after using it for a few weeks now, it makes the room feel a little cozier. The warm coloured lights, and the rolling flames are actually hypnotizing.My en suite bathroom, unfortunately is not very big and would not allow for this towel warmer to be used in that room. so I decided to use it in my living room. Instead of towels, I warm my blankets in there, and I love it!This is a big piece, surprisingly larger than I was expecting it to be. It is very lightweight, so you can really put it wherever you want and change it up quite frequently. There’s even handles on the sides to lift with ease. The gold accents on the push button on the lid, and on the power button is a nice touchAnd it works. Putting a towel or a blanket in there for even just a few minutes gets it nice and warm. The large interior allows for multiple pieces to sit inside.I do, however, have a couple of complaints. The legs are made of plastic with a wood paint finish on it. They just feel cheap. I had thought about buying a different set of legs. However, the way they are installed that wouldn’t allow for you to put just any legs onto the bottom they kind of clip or snap into place versus a normal screw type leg.Also, the size of the power button on the front is excessive. There’s a dial that you can turn to change the length of time that it stays on, but there is no stop to the dial so you can continuously be turning it to the left or to the right and it’ll just cycle through the different times (30 minutes being the lowest and 120 minutes being the longest) and then start again. It’s awkward and weird. There’s no remote so you do have to use the button on the front to turn the warmer on.There’s also no way you can adjust the temperature.There’s a unique touch of a fragrance disc holder on the lid so you can actually use aromatherapy tablets or essential oils when warming the towels. I also like that the bottom is equipped with a channel so you can hide the cord when not in use.Whether you’re using this in your bathroom, living room, or if you’re fortunate enough to have a hot tub this is a really nice luxury.

We don't have room to store this towel warmer in our bathroom, but we have room to store it elsewhere, and it is light and portable, so we can take it into the bathroom when we want to use it.Assembly was quick and easy, and I found it intuitive. The timer defaults to 30 minutes but can be set up to 120 minutes with 10-minute increments. We enjoy long, hot soaks in the bathtub, so the towel is warm and cozy when we step out. I didn't think I would care for a "fake fireplace", but it is relaxing to watch.We also have a sports medicine massage therapist who comes to our home for treatment. I am looking forward to using this to warm the sheets for at least the second person getting the massage.I am always concerned about product certifications, and the C-ETL-US certification gives me confidence in the product

I really liked my first towel warmer, so I ordered this one for our upstairs bathroom, as it looked to be more compact for space and it is. You can use it with or without the legs and I am using it without the legs. The front picture of the fire is a cool feature, and you can turn it off with the power button. I like the feature that you can adjust the timer, as my other one does not have that. It works very well for a single large bath towel, and you can roll multiple towels to get them inside but be aware that it takes a long time for the heat to transfer to all the towels if you do. Overall, this is a good compact towel warmer that heats as well as my larger one.

This is a nice, very basic towel warmer. The fireplace feature creates a nice ambiance but that’s its only purpose. It doesn’t throw any heat- it’s just for looks. Personally, I would have preferred to trade the fireplace for additional features to the actual warmer.The warmer’s interior is on the small side. You can fit maybe two full sized towels. There is a child safety lock on the lid and basic operating features. You short press the power button to turn it on. The timer defaults to 30 minutes. Once you have powered it on, it’s running. There is a dial that you turn clockwise to increase the time. The time can go as high as 120 minutes in 10 minute intervals. To reduce the time you turn the dial counterclockwise. The timer does not go less than 30 minutes. You long press the power button to turn it off and quick press the power button to turn on the fireplace and again to turn it off. That is the extent of the operation. When the timer completes the machine shuts off. There is no notification or sound- it just quietly shuts off.I heated a blanket for 40 minutes and it did get nice and warm. Throughout the heating process I touched the top and sides of the warmer and it was never warm or hot to the touch. When the temp reaches a certain level that would burn you if you touched inside, the dial turns from white to red. The machine has a nice look. It’s white with wood grain look trim. I thought from the product description that the legs were wood, but they are plastic with a wood grain design. The directions tell you to insert the legs into the warmer but don’t give you any tips. I was worried because they are plastic that too much force would break it. There is only one way to insert the legs and you do need to apply a little force. Best method is to tip it upside down and let gravity help you insert the legs. You can use the warmer with or without the legs. There is an area on the bottom to wrap and secure the power cord which is a really nice feature.The machine is very light and easy to move around. There is an aroma therapy space in the top of the lid. It came with a small package of aroma therapy tablets to insert into the lid and a lavender sachet although I’m not sure what to do with that. It can’t go into the diffuser and it’s in paper so it can’t go into the warmer.The directions could be a lot better. They don’t offer much information and are definitely written by someone whose first language is not English.I have two other towel warmers and although they all have the same footprint, the other two hold a lot more inside. They also have higher level features like indicator lights, notifications, the ability to set it to a future start time etc.If you want something easy to operate with a nice look, this would be great for you.

Looks great, easy setup and works as advertised.2 large bath towels fit nicely. Warm in 5 minutes and 10-15 minutes they are really warm. Perfect for any room and any occasion.

The machine takes like 30 seconds to set up and get running. It's really easy to use, which is the nicest part about it. It also looks great as a piece of furniture, so it doesn't look off-putting in the room. If you have space for it, I think the look of it and ease of use could make it worthwhile.I will say that I expected to get warmer towels from it. I put it just a hand towel and after 30 minutes, it was warm, but not "cozy" warm. I was hoping to be able to throw a towel in while I brushed teeth and showered and have it be toasty, but it seems like it'll be a little less warm unless you have the foresight to put it in for maybe 60 minutes.

Super simple to use. Put in towels and hot power button. Then dial to desired time up to 120 minutes. The fireplace novelty is the cherry on top. It fits 2 large bath towels or robes plus a small item or two as well. All metal inside. Just a very nice looking warmer. The only thing you have to do upon arrival is install the four legs. No tools. Just push them in. Get this!

Received this today & it is worth every penny!!! I love the LED Fireplace on the front. It looks amazing & even better than the previous review videos that were posted. The inside is spacious too! The flip top design is nice & easy to operate. The rotating knob is a little hard to turn, but that's the only downside. The sides Heat up, but the inside bottom & the lid do not heat. It does heat up very fast. The outside of the lid does get a little warm, but nothing dangerous. It is also lightweight, easy to assemble & easy to move around if needed. I love it!!!
